Minutes of the Meeting held at Shuttleworth Hall Egloshayle on Tuesday 15th October 2019 at 7.30 p.m.
Present
Cllrs Davey (Chairman), Baker, Collis, Eddy, Howard, Nicholas, Oram, Varcoe & Warne & C.Clr. Rushworth and 3 members of the Public.
Apologies – Cllrs Hurst, & Knightley.
86. Declaration of Interests/Dispensation Requests. – None
87. Public Session - a letter was read out by the Chairman at the request of Cllr Knightley indicating his thoughts on the Governance Review and the Neighbourhood Plan.
Due to late arrival of the Linden Homes representatives the Chairman agreed a further Public Session prior to Minute 90 to give opportunity for a brief presentation and summary of the development proposals and any observations from Councillors.
88. Minutes of the Previous Meeting
Resolved that Minutes of the Meeting on Tuesday 17th September 2019 be approved as a correct record.
Proposed Cllr Howard & seconded Cllr Varcoe. (Cllr Rushworth left the Meeting)
89. Matters Arising
(a) NHP – no report.
(b) Ball Roundabout – November Meeting arranged with Creative Hub.
(c) Barclays Mandate – further requests from the Bank being dealt with.
(d) Sladesbridge Footpath – C. C. advised that work will be completed shortly.
(e) Parish Dinner – Deferred to next meeting pending Cllr Nicholas to report.
(f) A389 – Cllrs concerns raised over recent RTA`s at Croan Bends and suggestions that double white lines, signage and surface and camber review may be beneficial. Agreed that a meeting be arranged with Oliver Jones to discuss.

90. Planning Notices
PA19/07746 – Higher Trenant Road – Reserved matters 93 dwellings - A variety of design would improve the overall development as well as more effective tree screening. Access to the B3314 should be wider to improve access for both pedestrians and cyclists and the stepped access to Higher Trenant Road could be sloped for ease of access for both pedestrians and cyclists. The asbestos risk will need to be dealt with prior to further approval. Supported by the Parish Council subject to suitable conditions being in place.
PA19/07900 – Polgara Higher Tregleath – conversion/extension – supported by the Parish Council.
PA19/08777 – Tregleath Avallon Washaway – Replacement Extension – supported by the Parish Council.

(c) Wadebridge & Padstow C.N.P. Meeting – September draft notes circulated
(d) RBL Remembrance Parade 10/11/19 attendance confirmed.
(e) Camel Trail Partnership – report from the Clerk (Chairman) on the recent meeting.
(f) WREN – AGM – 22/10/19
(g) Licence Renewal – Nice Baps A39 – no observations noted.
