Minutes of the Meeting held at Shuttleworth Hall Egloshayle on Tuesday 17th October 2017 at 7.30 p.m.

Cllrs Davey (Chairman), Baker, Collis, Eddy, Howard, Hurst, Nicholas, Oram & Warne.
Apologies – Cllrs Knightley & Varcoe.
391. Public Session - none.
392. Minutes of the Previous Meeting
Resolved that Minutes of the Meeting on Tuesday 18th September 2017 be approved as a correct record.
Proposed Cllr Warne & seconded Cllr Hurst.
393. Declaration of Interests/Dispensation Requests. – None
394. Matters Arising
(a) Glendale Grass Cutting – no further report.
(b) Website – Chairman & Clerk to progress with equipment proposals.
(c) NHP – Cllr Collis gave an update on progress and after general discussion it was confirmed the 3 Council Meeting would take place on 2/11/17 at 5.p.m. in the WTC Hall to be followed by a Parish Council Meeting at 7.30 p.m. Copy letters circulated by two of the developers in respect of recent planning proposals were noted..
(d) Sladesbridge Footpath – since reporting in August no action from C.C. and an urgent response was requested.
(e) Ball Roundabout – Cllr Eddy reported that Trelawney had matters in hand.
(f) B.T. Phone Box – Contract received for review by Chairman and Clerk.
(g) Parish Dinner - Saturday 3/02/18 at Trehellas to be confirmed.

PA17/08301 – Pencarrow House – Tree Works – supported.
PA16/07913- Land off Higher Trenant – appeal hearing 4/10/17 and subsequent OPP granted subject to conditions.
PA17/01943 -PreApp – Bodieve/Ball closed - advice given.
Land SW of Trenant Mill – TPO order confirmed.
PA17/09612 – Camel Glass Trenant – Extension – deferred to 2/11/17.

(a) See Clean - Bus Shelter Maintenance £43.80
(b) Glendale - Grasscutting £202.70
(c) D.P. Solomon - Footpath Maintenance - account to be received.
(d) B.T. Payphones - Adoption payment £1.00
