Minutes of the Meeting held at Shuttleworth Hall Egloshayle on Tuesday 17th July 2018 at 7.30 p.m.
Present
Cllrs Davey (Chairman), Collis, Baker, Eddy, Howard, Hurst, Nicholas, Varcoe, Warne & C.Clrs Knightley, & McHugh. 5 Members of the Public.
Apologies – Cllr Oram.
487. Public Session - Cllr Knightley – general update on C.C. matters including SpacePort and Local Parking Review . Representatives from Bodieve Village spoke about the Ball/Bodieve planning application and requested that this was not supported.
488. Minutes of the Previous Meeting
Resolved that Minutes of the Meeting on Tuesday 19th June 2018 be approved as a correct record.
Proposed Cllr Howard & seconded Cllr Nicholas.
489. Declaration of Interests/Dispensation Requests. – Cllr Nicholas re PA18/05209.
490. Matters Arising
(a) NHP – currently not proceeding pending GDPR issues.
(b) BT Phone Box – LaneEnd removed and Sladesbridge ownership notification awaited.
(c) Wind Farm - Panel Representative – Cllr Davey to attend.
(d) Footpaths – Bramble Lane confirmation of cutting by C.C.
(e) WTC – reminder letter per 2017.
491. Planning Notices
PA18/05209 – OPP Residential Development 225 dwellings, link road, School etc – Ball Meadow Bodieve .Consultee responses on the Planning Portal noted and general discussion (excluding Cllr Nicholas) recognising this was an OPA and it was agreed to support the application after a vote with 8 in favour and one abstension. It is essential that the Link Road infrastructure is complete and in use before the first residents take occupancy on site. The Affordable Housing commitment must be adhered to.
PA18/02911 – Change of use and new Build – S.E. of Lower Burlorne – Not supported as it appears contrary to the Local Plan as an additional dwelling within the countryside.
PA18/06085 – Variation of Conditions – Killibury – supported.
