Minutes of the Meeting held at Shuttleworth Hall Egloshayle on Tuesday 25th September 2018 at 7.30 p.m.
Present
Cllrs Davey (Chairman), Collis, Baker, Eddy, Howard, Hurst, Nicholas, Oram, Warne & C.C. Knightley & 4 members of the public.

505. Declaration of Interests/Dispensation Requests. – None.
506. Public Session
Ed Haynes (Progress Land) read a letter at the request of Mr Fincham. Cllr Knightley then spoke of the forthcoming review of Town & Parish Boundaries and also matters relating to the function of Strategic Planning Committees. He also referred to the ongoing discussions with the two Wadebridge Medical Centres and possible relocation and benefits subject to the agreement of all parties concerned.
507. Minutes of the Previous Meeting
Resolved that Minutes of the Meeting on Tuesday 21st August 2018 be approved as a correct record.
Proposed Cllr Nicholas & seconded Cllr Oram.
508. Matters Arising
(a) NHP – awaiting response from the Consultant.
(b) Footpaths/Grasscutting – Paul Solomon to complete work this week.
(c) BT Phonebox – chased and a local engineer was being tasked shortly.

(d) Trewornan Bridge – Advertising signage – Cllr Nicholas awaiting a response.
(e) Community Infrastructure Levy – to October Meeting.
(f) C.C. Licensing Policy Review – circulated.
(g) Grass Cutting Contract 2019 - Glendale had submitted a small increase from £300 to £309 + Vat for the March to October 2019 period and it was proposed by Cllr Hurst and seconded by Cllr Eddy that this be accepted. Councillors agreed.
(h) Sladesbridge Railway History – email received and Cllrs confirmed the Clerks response in respect of historical facts subject to a boundary query probably shown on the 1907 O.S. Map.
