28. Declaration of Interests/Dispensation Requests. – Cllr Davey – PA20/03865

29. Public Session -
Cllr Knightley updated on the extensive community work of the Betjeman Centre during lockdown. Also funds of £5000 he and Cllr Moorcroft had obtained for signage, sanitisers etc for the Town Centre reopening. He also mentioned delays and procedural issues in connection with the current Cornwall Planning Process.

30. Minutes of the Previous Meeting
Resolved that Minutes of the Meeting on Tuesday 17th March 2020 be approved as a correct record.

PA20/03357 – Park Farm Washaway – extension to Agricultural Livestock Building – supported by Councillors .
PA20/03504 – Land NE of Trevarner Mill – Permission in Principle proposed single dwelling –
Not supported. The application contains no reference to Policy 9 of the Local Plan re developments in the countryside. It is not infill or rounding off or affordable and therefore is not in accordance with planning rules.
PA20/03106 – Higher Church Park Egloshayle – Lawful Development Cert – supported by Councillors.
PA20/03865 – Roswyn Sladesbridge – Single storey rear extension – not supported as detailed, as currently submitted – Scale, Access & Environmental issues..
