Minutes of the Meeting held Virtually on Tuesday 15th September 2020 at 7.00 p.m.

58. Minutes of the Previous Meeting
Resolved that Minutes of the Meeting on Tuesday 18th August 2020 be approved as a correct record.
Proposed Cllr Oram & seconded Cllr Collis .
59. Matters Arising
(a) NHP/CGR – Little progress has been achieved despite attempts by the Chairman to seek substansive communication. The Chairman has requested transcript of the recent Wadebridge Town Council Meeting in which reference was made to both Egloshayle & St. Breock Councils . The Parish wish to seek progress with the NHP and indeed it is the duty of all three Councils to achieve this. The revised Reg.14 document is still awaited from W.T.C. and the Chairman has agreed to once again write and reaffirm the Parish commitment, also confirming this to Cornwall Council via Sarah Furley.
(b) PA20/06428 Tredannick – Comment not required as deemed to be within General Permitted Development..

PA20/01773 - PREAPP -Land at Treworder Lane –Up to 250 units etc – for information
PA20/06583 - OPP variation to condition –Land off Higher Trenant – no objection.
PA20/06478 - Trelawney Halt Sladesbridge – change of use – no objection.
PA20/07253 - Higher Trenant – non material amendment – no objection.
61. Payment of Accounts: ratification of payments made under delegated lockdown powers and each authorised by two Councillors.

62. Correspondence Received
As circulated during lockdown, including :
(a) Higher Trenant Street Names : after discussion five dual language names submitted.
(b) Website Compliance – to ensure content is accessibility compliant “ Impress” have been instructed at approx £100 cost, being a legal requirement.
(c) David Clark email – circulated to Councillors.
63. Date of the next Meeting
Agreed next meeting on TUESDAY 20th October 2020 at 7.00 p.m.
64. Items for next Meeting –
1. Croan Bends and Cllr Knightley had offered to speak to Oliver Jones re reinstatement of double lines.
2. Footpath Cutting - anticipated completion by end of September.
3. Bodieve Speedcheck sign now active but hedgerow cut back required.
There being no further business the Chairman closed the Meeting at 20.20 p.m.
