Minutes of the Meeting held at the Shuttleworth Hall Egloshayle on Tuesday 19th July 2022 at 7.00 p.m.

59. Declaration of Interests/Dispensation Requests. – None
60. Public Session
Cllr. Moorcroft advised that the next Speed monitoring at Sladesbridge was scheduled for 8th May 2023 and the area was not considered suitable for a further lowering of the current designated speed limit. Mention was made of the current 20mph County roll out programme. Councillor Mould referred to the proposed Bodieve Bus Stop and has sent the Clerk details for further discussion. Reference also to Wadebridge Old Cemetery maintenance and options for ongoing attention and future liaison with the Parochial Church Council.
61. Minutes of the Previous Meeting
Resolved that Minutes of the Meeting on Tuesday 21st June 2022 be approved as a correct record.

62. Matters Arising
(a) NHP – no report.
(b) Landmark Tree – unfortunately the tree has not survived but has been replaced by the Pencarrow Estate at no cost. The proposed plaque ceremony has been deferred until the Autumn.
(c) Bodieve Bus Stop – as previously discussed
(d) Sladesbridge Bus Shelter – Cllr Oram has inspected the structure and advised that the repairs required are considered less than originally thought. He is to discuss further with Cllr Eddy the need for new timber planking and will then report back with estimated costing.

PA22/00978 – PREAPP -Little Tredannick – advice given by C.C.
