Minutes of the Meeting held at the Shuttleworth Hall, Egloshayle on Tuesday 21st March 2023 at 7.00 p.m.

19. Declaration of Interests/Dispensation Requests. – none
20. Public Session - Cllr Moorcroft reported on Cornwall Council updates & the recent W & P Network Meeting together with changes for future arrangements covering a wider Network area. Availability of future funding for local requests and mention was made of possible speed sign warnings at Sladesbridge, from the Bodmin direction. It was hoped that the lay-by works at Lane End would commence soon.
21. Minutes of the Previous Meeting
Resolved that Minutes of the Meeting on Tuesday 21stFebruary 2023 be approved as a correct record.

PA22/10551 – Lemail Springs – Covered Dung Store- approved by C.C.
PA23/01822 – Land S of Ball Cottages(re PA19/08169) – discharge condition 7 – C.C.
PA23/01433 – Pendavey Farm – Lawful Dev.Cert – Mobile Home – not supported. Concerns over use as ancillary accommodation to main dwelling. Access statement & more details required.
PA23/02181 – Ferkins Barn Washaway – Change of use dwelling to garage/workshop – supported by Parish.

(b) Grass Cutting Agency Agreement – awaiting amended contract from C.C.

(d) Base Station upgrade Treworder Lane- no comment necessary.
(e) W & P Community Network Meeting – 9/3/23- Cllrs Knightley & Moorcroft gave a report.
(f) Trewornan Bridge – advertising signage – representation to Planning enforcement – Cllr Nicholas to action.
(g) Making Cornish Rivers Better – 21/03/23
(h) NHP – Review – initial informal meeting has taken place to move forward for the benefit of the area.
