Minutes of the Meeting held at the Shuttleworth Hall Egloshayle on Tuesday 16th January 2024 at 7.00 p.m.
Present
Cllrs Davey (Chairman), Baker, Danning, A.Eddy, S.Eddy, Howard, Nicholas & C.Clrs Moorcroft & Mould.
Apologies – Cllrs Knightley & Oram.
001. Declaration of Interests/Dispensation Requests. – None
002. Public Session - Cllrs Moorcroft and Mould gave updates on access matters relating to both Trenant Vale and Higher Trenant/Egloshayle Village. Reference also to the Town Team initiative. A Planning application at Clapper was not within the Parish boundary. Discussions were ongoing relating to the flooding at Sladesbridge Bridlepath entrance and the Chairman was meeting with C.C. officials to provide further guidance.
003. Minutes of the Previous Meeting
Resolved that Minutes of the Meeting on Monday 18th December 2023 be approved as a correct record. Proposed Cllr A. Eddy & seconded Cllr S. Eddy.
004. Matters Arising
(a) Sladesbridge Bus Shelter – broken glass window which the Chairman had removed and was arranging replacement.
(b) Councillor Vacancy – ongoing.
(c) NHP Update – no response from Wadebridge Town Council.
(d) Fencing Quotes – one received and further one awaited.
(e) Bozion Slurry Pipe – photo evidence pending.
(f) Open Forum – no action at this time.
(g) Parish Dinner – 9th March with venue to be confirmed.

Claims submitted to C.C. for Annual Grass and Footpath reimbursement.
