374. Minutes of the Previous Meeting
Resolved that Minutes of the Meeting on Tuesday 18th July 2017 be approved as a correct record.
Proposed Cllr Howard & seconded Cllr Varcoe.
375. Declaration of Interests/Dispensation Requests. – none
376. Matters Arising
(a) Glendale Grass Cutting – no update received..
(b) Website – now live, training complete and emails active. Will review future needs prior to submitting grant funding from transparency fund.
(c) NHP – The Chairman thanked Cllr Collis for the very substantial work he has undertaken in recent weeks on behalf of the Steering Group, who meet on the 17th. The SEA appraisal is underway and Consultants are writing the scoping document. Cllr Collis has also written a separate detailed report for the benefit of the Consultants, Planning Officer and members of the Committee. The aim is to move matters forward as soon as possible subject to support from both St. Breock and Wadebridge Councils.
377. Planning Notices
PA17/03835 – Land North of W.F.C. Gonvena – Construction of 146 dwellings etc – for comment
Not supported. Application cannot be viewed individually as a result of associated current planning applications and the very recent PA17/01943 PreApp. This application does not appear to be deliverable as presented although the Council does favour development on this site as part of an overall plan for the Gonvena, Bodieve and Ball area, including robust highway improvements. Importance also must be given to deliverable affordable housing at 30%.
