Minutes of the Meeting held at the Shuttleworth Hall Egloshayle on Tuesday 17th September 2024 at 7.00 p.m.
Present
Cllrs Davey (Chairman), Baker, A. Eddy, Howard, Nicholas, Oram, Knightley & C.Cllrs Moorcroft & Mould.

68. Declaration of Interests/Dispensation Requests. – None
69. Public Session
Cllr Moorcroft spoke of the petition for a Banking Hub in Wadebridge & Cllr Mould mentioned the roll out of the new waste collection service , together with other general matters.
70. Minutes of the Previous Meeting
Resolved that Minutes of the Meeting on Tuesday 20th August 2024 be approved as a correct record.
Proposed Cllr Nicholas & seconded Cllr Knightley.
71. Matters Arising
(a) Pencarrow Visit – formal visit deferred to early Spring 2025.
(b) Sladesbridge Footpath – works completed and invoice awaited.
(c) NHP Update – the Town Council require a formal Meeting (Minutes & Recording) if discussion to proceed which is very disappointing at this very early stage in an attempt to move matters forward. Chairmen of both Parish Councils to liaise.
(d) Fencing Site Meeting – Cllr A. Eddy to liaise.
(e) Bridlepath Gate – as per 71(d)

PA24/05951- Burlorne Pillow – Prior notification development – concreting of farm yard -not required.
