Minutes of the Meeting held at Shuttleworth Hall Egloshayle on Monday 18th September 2017 at 7.30 p.m.
Present
Cllrs Davey (Chairman), Collis, Baker, Howard, Hurst, Nicholas, Oram, Warne, Eddy & C.C. Knightley.

382. Public Session – General update from Cllr Knightley on Cornwall Council matters and reference to the recent re-submission for planning in Tenant Vale (PA17/ 02074) adjoining the Parish boundary. The County Tree Officer had already reiterated his previous objection and it was agreed by all Councillors present that the previous Parish objection (PA17/02074) should be submitted again.
383. Minutes of the Previous Meeting
Resolved that Minutes of the Meeting on Tuesday 15th August 2017 be approved as a correct record.
Proposed Cllr Oram & seconded Cllr Collis.
384. Declaration of Interests/Dispensation Requests. – None.
385. Matters Arising
(a) Glendale Grass Cutting – no response re costs uplift and invoices received as previous.
(b) Website – fully operational and review of equipment required prior to submitting grant application.
(c) NHP – Cllr Collis general update and reference to Trevarner and Higher Trenant applications totaling approx 295 houses. Informal Consultation of the NHP should take place in early October with a final draft for sign off by the 3 Councils thereafter – possibly our October Meeting
(d) Sladesbridge Footpath – C.C. advised of overgrowth/drainage and they have acknowledged and visit by Highway Steward is awaited.
(e). Ball Roundabout – concerns over “tidy up” required and Cllr Eddy will contact Trelawney.

(a) Localism Newsletter – circulated.
(b) Police & Crime – Newsletter – circulated.
(c) Communities & Devolution – Town Parking Review update - circulated
(d) Parish Audit approval –Satisfactory Audit received with no comments and all information now on the Parish website.
(e) Neighbourhood Planning Newsletter – circulated.
(f) Local CCTV- Wadebridge T.C. have recently agreed a budget to proceed.
(g) BT Phoneboxes – enquiries made to obtain a response for adoption at Sladesbridge. The local community hope to install a defibrillator and are fundraising.
