Minutes of the Meeting held at the Shuttleworth Hall Egloshayle on Tuesday 16th September 2025 at 7.00 p.m.
Present

79. Declaration of Interests/Dispensation Requests. – None
80. Public Session
Cllr Moore confirmed she had spoken to Planning Officers re the Bodieve Link Road planning appeal conditions and also advised a quote was being prepared for the Ball Roundabout vegetation tidy -up. Cllr Moorcroft advised a Town Team Co-ordinator had been appointed also Horse Warning signs were approved for the Pendavey area.
81. Minutes of the Previous Meeting
Resolved that Minutes of the Meeting on Tuesday 19th August 2025 be approved as a correct record.
Proposed Cllr A. Eddy & seconded Cllr Charlesworth.
82. Matters Arising
(a) Code of Conduct Training – now complete.
(b) Bank mandate – online authorization by Councillors in hand.
(c) Bus Shelter (new) – Design in hand with preferred green oak type structure. Thanks were expressed to Cllr Oram who had now completed the seating in the Old Bus Shelter
(d) Footpath 10 – photos and comments to be submitted to Rights of Way Officer, including access to the Camel Trail.
(e) Speed Camera – equipment received but awaiting vegetation cut back at both camera locations.

PA25/04041 – Treworder Barton – construction of stables etc – approved by C.C.
PA25/04685 – Maidenhead Aquatics – amendment to size – approved by C.C.
PA25/06327 – Lower Tregleath – Extensions/alterations to farmhouse – supported by Parish Council.
PA25/06596 – Tregleath Farm – Agric Bldg (roof over) & Yard – supported by Parish Council.
PA25/05080 – Tregleath Farm – Agric Building – approved by C.C.
