Minutes of the Meeting held at the Shuttleworth Hall Egloshayle on Tuesday 21st October 2025 at 7.00 p.m.

89. Public Session
Clr Moore referred to the recent Ball Roundabout tidy-up and also she remained in contact with Planning re the Bodieve Development and link road matters. Update on the Cormac Building consultation & proposals. Cllr. Moorcroft updated re Speed Camera installations and reported on recent CAP Meeting. (Cllr Moorcroft then left the Meeting)
90. Minutes of the Previous Meeting
Resolved that Minutes of the Meeting on Tuesday 16th September 2025 be approved as a correct record.
Proposed Cllr Oram & seconded Cllr A.Eddy.
91. Matters Arising
(a) Hingham Bridlepath – fallen tree removed and C.C. full survey pending.
(b) Bank Mandate – ongoing issues.
(c) Bus Shelter(new) – two designs reviewed with Cllrs preference for wood structure and Chairman to discuss with C.C. Highways and review costs.
(d) Footpath 10 – pending response from C.C.
(e) Speed Camera – as previously discussed.
(f) Ball Roundabout – vegetation much improved and way forward being reviewed.
(g) Sladesbridge Post Box – pending works.
(h) M.P. invite – Clerk to action.
