Minutes of the Meeting held at Shuttleworth Hall Egloshayle on Tuesday 16th December 2025 at 7.00 p.m.

Cllrs Davey (Chairman), Danning, A.Eddy, S. Eddy, Knightley, Nicholas, Oram & C.Clrs.Moorcroft & Moore.

106. Declaration of Interests/Dispensation Requests. – None.
107. Public Session
Cllr Moore referred to various department Meetings she has had at C.C. level and also the County 20mph consultation. The issue of a reduced 30mph speed limit in Sladesbridge and an overall 50 mph limit on the A389 between LaneEnd and Sladesbridge was also raised by Councillors and it was agreed an expression of interest would be submitted under the recently announced C.C. CHIP Scheme.
108. Minutes of the Previous Meeting
Resolved that Minutes of the Meeting on Tuesday 18th November be approved as a correct record. Proposed Cllr Knightley & seconded Cllr S.Eddy.

(a) Speed Camera – installation/vegetation - pending.
(b) Footpath 10 – Site meeting with C.C. 18th December
(c) Bus Shelter – costing awaited.

PA25/01422- Land at Bodieve – reserved matters – approved with conditions by C.C.

BACS payments approved by Cllr Oram & seconded by Cllr S.Eddy. Agreed.
The Clerk advised that reimbursement for Grass Cutting and Local Maintenance Partnership payments had been received from Cornwall Council.
