19. Declaration of Interests/Dispensation Requests. – none
20. Public Session - Cllr Moore updated on Cornwall Council matters and continues to monitor progress of the Bodieve Link Road, with both Developers and the Planning Officers.
21. Minutes of the Previous Meeting
Resolved that Minutes of the Meeting on Tuesday 17th February 2026 be approved as a correct record.
Proposed Cllr A. Eddy & seconded Cllr Oram.
22. Matters Arising
(a) Speed Camera – now installed.
(b) Bus Shelter Sladsbridge 1. Glass repaired. 2. New Revised plans agreed by Councillors and now to be costed.
(c) Bodieve Link Road – as noted.
(d) Ball Roundabout – ideas for improvement to be revisited
23. Planning Notices
PA26/00938 – Treworder Barton – Stables etc – variation of approved conditions – not supported. The variation of the approved condition is not necessary for the development as already granted. (subsequently approved by Planning Officer)
PA26/01119 – Higher Bodieve Farm – Telecommunication works – no objection.
PA26/00695 – Land at Bodieve – Notice of Independent Water Works – C.C. no objection.
PA26/00132 – Maidenhead Aquatics – Discharge of Condition re PA24/03818 – approved by C.C.
24. Payment of Accounts
(a) See Clean - Bus Shelter Maintenance £57.96
(b) J.L. Pomeroy - Salary/Expenses (Jan to March) as contract
(c) HMRC - PAYE as contract
(d) Shuttleworth Hall - Hire £32.00
Proposed by Cllr Knightley & seconded by Cllr Oram. Agreed.
25. Correspondence Received : as circulated
(a) Website Compliance.- confirmed by Impress 51
(b) Devon & Cornwall Police Alerts & Newsletters & Cyber Awareness.
(c) Glendale & Cornwall Council re Grass Cutting contract - Cllrs discussed and Clerk will negotiate with Glendale and report back. Cllr Oram proposed that we continue annual contract with Cornwall Council for Highway verges and Bramble Lane footpath. Seconded by Cllr Danning and approved.
(d) C.C. Town & Parish Newsletters & updates.
(e) CAP Meeting – 16/3/26 – report from Cllr Knightley.
(f) Cornwall Local Plan
