Minutes of the Meeting held at the Shuttleworth Hall Egloshayle on Tuesday 21st July 2026 at 7.00 p.m.
Present
Cllrs Knightley (Vice Chairman), Charlesworth, Danning, A.Eddy, Nicholas, Oram, & C.Cllr. Moorcroft.

60. Declaration of Interests/Dispensation Requests. – none
61. Public Session
Cllr Moorcroft had attended todays full Cornwall Council Meeting and reported on this and Cllr Moore had also sent a brief summary together with other topics including the recent Dentistry summit.
Thanks to Cllr Oram for further repairs made to the Sladesbridge Bus Shelter.
62. Minutes of the Previous Meeting
Resolved that Minutes of the Meeting on Tuesday 16th June 2026 be approved as a correct record.
Proposed Cllr Charlesworth & seconded Cllr Danning.
63. Matters Arising
(a) Neighbourhood Priorities Statement – Cllrs agreed to form a working group and move forward, with the benefit of information and templates received.
(b) Bus Shelter – with funding available the costing was awaited in order to proceed as soon as possible.
(c) Bodieve Link Road – Cllr Moore had advised that discussions were ongoing for the final design of the road.
(d) Pencarrow Visit – Cllr Nicholas finalising arrangements.
(e) Cllr Emails – Chairman in contact with Impress 51.
