General discussion re local Utilities/Highway matters.
71. Minutes of the Previous Meeting
Resolved that Minutes of the Meeting on Tuesday 21st July 2026 be approved as a correct record.
Proposed Cllr A.Eddy & seconded Cllr Oram.
72. Matters Arising
(a) Neighbourhood Priorities Statement – Working Group to meet.
(b) Bus Shelter – Costing awaited from Glasdon.
(c) Bodieve Link Road – no further update but note PA26/05383.
(d) Pencarrow Visit.- proposed 20th Sept at 2p.m.
(e) Cllr emails – Chairman awaiting Impress 51 .
(f) Speed Limit Sign – New sign - Vegetation clearance arranged and new Batteries awaited.
Old Sign – not working and Cllr Moorcroft will contact Highways.

PA26/05383 – Land at Bodieve – Conditions 5 & 6 amdt and new condition – Not supported. Strict conditions for entire site must remain in accordance with original approval as agreed by Planning Inspector.
PA25/07652 – Land at Bodieve – Submission details to discharge conditions 7,8,9,11,12,13,14 – approved by C.C.
PA26/02780 – Land at Bodieve – re Hedges – condition discharge.
PA26/03782 – Tregleath Farm – Roofing over Silage Pit – approved by C.C.
PA26/04656 – Tregleath Farm – Roof over Silage pit – supported by Parish.
PA26/04849 – Burlorne Pillow – App re Prior Approval – Fodder Building – not required.

(c) Duchy Defibrillators - Annual Monitoring Fee £246.00
