Minutes of the Meeting held at the Shuttleworth Hall Egloshayle on Tuesday 15th September 2026 at 7.00 p.m.

Cllrs Davey (Chairman), Charlesworth, A.Eddy, D. Oram, S.Knightley & C.Cllrs Moorcroft & Moore, and one member of Public.

78. Declaration of Interests/Dispensation Requests. – None.
79. Public Session
Cllrs Moore & Moorcroft spoke of todays full C.C. Meeting and other local matters. The member of the Public in attendance provided more information re PA26/05227 application which was helpful to all Councillors present.
80. Minutes of the Previous Meeting
Resolved that Minutes of the Meeting on Tuesday 18th August 2026 be approved as a correct record.

81. Matters Arising
(a) Neighbourhood Priorities Statement – Working Group
(b) Bus Shelter – Drawings received but amendments required for final costing. Also discussions re footings.
(c) Bodieve Link Road – Cllr Moore remains in contact.
(d) Pencarrow Visit – all arranged by Cllr Nicholas
(e) Cllr emails - Chairman in contact with Impress.
(f) Speed Limit Sign Vegetation/Batteries – further work required including bracket.
(g) Ball Roundabout – Risk Assessment required.

PA26/04644 – Land NW of Tregarthen Plot 2 Bodieve – Single dwelling – no objection from Parish.
PA26/05656 – Ferkins Barn Annexe Washaway – transfer of Annexe – supported by Parish
PA26/05852 – Tregleath Farm Washaway – Roof over Silage Pit – supported by Parish.
PA26/04656 – Tregleath Farm – Roof over Silage pit – approved by C.C.
