422. Matters Arising
(a) NHP – The draft plan had now been ratified by all 3 Councils and would be made Public via the various Council website links and also Facebook. The next Steering Group was planned for the 20th with the next stage of the consultation process likely in January
(b) Website – the deadline for claiming monies from the Transparency fund was getting close and the Clerk had listed items, including Laptop & Printer, totaling approx £1300 which were discussed and he would make contact with SLCC for guidance before final submission. A flat screen was a further item considered essential and this would be reviewed also.
(c) Footpaths – work complete but concerns continued about the footpath opposite Trelawney despite assurances from C.C. The Clerk will make further urgent contact.
(d) BT Phone Box Sladesbridge – contract to be finalised at next Meeting.
(e) PACE Forum – this recent initiative was considered very positive and a general discussion followed about the format and future development.

423. Planning Notices
PA17/03835 – Land North of Wadebridge Football Ground - Construction of 143 dwellings , office building, sports club house, sports facilities etc. – Not deliverable on the basis of viability of 30% affordable housing and associated sports facilities and the Council reiterates its previous response in August.

PA17/05689 - Land off Higher Trenant/Green Hill – OPP for 204 residential dwellings – Totally opposed to proposed traffic lights as this would increase congestion as recalled when lights previously located there. Why has a direct link with the A389 Egloshayle By-Pass not been considered? Councillors also recognise the expected change of anticipated traffic flow from the “Sainsburys” site as a result of recent residential approval.
As per comments previously submitted the Council supports the application in principle but highway concerns remain a serious issue.
