Present
Cllrs Davey (Chairman), Baker, Eddy, Howard, Hurst, Nicholas, Oram, Warne & C.C. Knightley & 1 member of the public.

76. Declaration of Interests/Dispensation Requests. – None.
77. Public Session
Cllr Knightley reported on C.C. matters including future Waste Collection changes in 2021, Police incident reports & Wadebridge & Padstow Community Network Meeting.
78. Minutes of the Previous Meeting
Resolved that Minutes of the Meeting on Tuesday 20th August 2019 be approved as a correct record.
Proposed Cllr Hurst & seconded Cllr Oram.
79. Matters Arising
(a) NHP – Consultants update awaited..
(b) Ball Roundabout – Meeting with Creative Hub awaited.
(c) Barclays Mandate – paperwork now ready for submission.
(d) Sladesbridge Footpath – C.C. chased to complete works
(e) Sladesbridge Speedcheck – C.C. have confirmed they will check calibration.
